It's a running and walk challenge. It's a virtual 21-day challenge.


Duration of the challenge: Jan 17th, 2026 - Feb 7th, 2026


Registration Fee: Rs. 249


General Challenge Rules:

  1. It's a virtual challenge. Athlete can run from any location.
  2. There is a limit of 2 activities per day. This is to prevent injuries and fatigue.
  3. Minimum run/walk distance for a single activity is 2km.
  4. Elapsed time must not exceed 125% of moving time (e.g. 2hrs moving time, 2:30 hrs mins elapsed). Breaching this would result in 0 points.
  5. It is mandatory to upload all the activities to Strava app, with map (s) visible, else points will not be awarded. It is recommended to provide heartbeat and cadence data, if possible, for fair evaluation.
  6. Any flagged off activity on Strava app or xfitconnect won't be considered for scoring.
  7. Tagging an activity by someone else will not be scored.
  8. Duplicate activities for e.g. activity recorded simultaneously on multiple devices - Only one activity with higher distance will be considered for score, remaining will be rejected by the app. Request to all athletes to upload only one activity.
  9. Manual entries on Strava will not be scored.
  10. Only outdoor run activity will be considered. Indoors runs for e.g. Treadmill will not be considered for score.
  11. Prefer to run and walk in a park, large ground or an open area with full focus on Road Safety. This prevents GPS inaccuracies that often occur due to high rises, when running within society.
  12. Activities with unrealistic pace or distance in any segment will be rejected and flagged by the admins. In this case, admins decision is final.


Scoring Rules:

  1. Every activity must be of a minimum distance of 2km in order to be scored.
  2. Activities with a pace of at least 10min/km will be awarded 1 point per km.
  3. Activities with a pace greater than 10min/km will be awarded 0.7 points per km.
  4. Additional Bonus for both Run and Walk Activities:

Bonus shall be awarded ONLY when the activity meets the following criteria:

  1. Elapsed Time is within 125% of the Moving Time as reported by Strava.


Prizes:

  1. T-shirts for all participants.
  2. Multiple Awards for Individuals, consistent runner and few surprise awards.
  3. NO TEAM AWARDS
