Participant Cancellation and Refund Eligibility: The purchaser may cancel one or more active tickets until 6 September 2026, 12:00 AM. For eligible online payments, the participation fee and GST attributable to each selected ticket are refunded through the original payment route. Any separately disclosed non-refundable charge, together with tax attributable to that retained charge, will not be refunded. After the cancellation window closes, any cancellation or refund exception is at the organizer's discretion. Group Bookings: A purchaser may select individual member or guest tickets within a family-and-friends booking. Tickets not selected remain active, and each completed refund is recorded against the original booking and payment. Event Cancellation: If the organizer cancels the event, you will receive a full refund of the complete amount paid, including platform fees, payment processing fees, and GST. Refund Processing: For payments collected through an online checkout, approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. For direct or offline payments, the organizer is responsible for issuing an approved refund and recording its completion. A cancellation or refund follow-up status does not mean that a refund has been approved.
