Objective
The goal of this challenge is to encourage consistent participation and build healthy habits across all employees—regardless of fitness level.
Instead of focusing purely on performance or distance, this challenge is designed to:
- Motivate daily movement
- Be inclusive for beginners
- Reward consistency over intensity
- Create a fun and engaging experience for everyone
How Scoring Works (Simple & Fair)
To ensure fairness across different activities like walking, running, cycling, and swimming, we use a time-based scoring system.
Core Principle
Show up consistently → get rewarded
Scoring Formula
For each valid activity:
Score = Active Minutes (Moving Time) + Daily Bonus
- Active minutes are capped at 60 minutes per day
- A fixed bonus of 10 points is awarded for each active day
Participation Rules
- Only one activity per day counts
- Each activity must meet a minimum threshold:
- Walk: 2 km
- Run: 2 km
- Ride: 10 km
- Swim: 200 m
- Maximum scoring per day is limited to 60 minutes (plus bonus)
Recognition & Rewards
This challenge is designed so that everyone has a chance to win, not just top performers.
Qualification
Participants qualify by:
- Completing a minimum of 25 active days
Badges & Achievements
To keep engagement high, multiple milestones are rewarded:
- On a Roll → 5 active days
- No Excuses → 10 active days
- Unstoppable → 21 active days
- Unbreakable → 31 active days
- Streak Master → 14 days streak
Summary
This challenge is not about who runs the fastest or cycles the longest—
- it’s about showing up, staying consistent, and building a healthier lifestyle together.
Technical & Safety Rules :
- Manual or Tagged activities will NOT be scored
- Only one activity per day will be considered for points and qualification. If multiple activities are recorded on the same day, the system will automatically select and validate only your Longest Single Activity.

- Data must be synced within 24 hours.
