Challenge Duration: 21 Days

- Run
- Virtual Run
- Walk
- Virtual Walk
Daily Distance Rules
- Minimum distance to qualify for points: 2 km/day
- Maximum distance counted for scoring: 10 km/day
- Distance 10KM 2 bonus points.
- One activity per day.
- Walking minimum pace 10:00–12:00 min/km
- Running minimum pace 9:30 min/km
- Maximum 3Minutes time-lapse allowed
Scoring
- 1 point awarded for every kilometer completed.
- Maximum 10 points can be earned per day.
- Only eligible Run/Walk activities are counted.

Fair Play
- Activities must be recorded through Strava.
