Participant Cancellations: You can request a refund of the participation fee up to 10 days before the official start date of the event. GST attributable to the refunded participation fee will also be refunded. Any separately disclosed cancellation or payment processing charge, together with tax attributable to that retained charge, is non-refundable. No refund requests will be entertained after this window closes. Event Cancellation: If the organizer cancels the event, you will receive a full refund of the complete amount paid, including platform fees, payment processing fees, and GST. Refund Mode: Approved refunds will be processed directly back to the original payment method used during registration. For any direct or offline registrations, refunds will be processed manually via bank transfer.
