Participant Cancellation and Refund Eligibility: Participant-initiated cancellation is not permitted for this event. If a participant cannot attend, the registration remains active and no participant-initiated refund will be provided. Group Bookings: A purchaser may select individual member or guest tickets within a family-and-friends booking. Tickets not selected remain active, and each completed refund is recorded against the original booking and payment. Event Cancellation: If the organizer cancels the event, you will receive a full refund of the complete amount paid, including platform fees, payment processing fees, and GST. Refund Processing: For payments collected through an online checkout, approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. For direct or offline payments, the organizer is responsible for issuing an approved refund and recording its completion. A cancellation or refund follow-up status does not mean that a refund has been approved.
