Xfitconnect shows the amount before you pay or submit your request.

Payment Types

Online Payment Through Xfitconnect

When online payment is available, you pay through the secure checkout shown by Xfitconnect.

After successful payment:

• your registration or join request is confirmed according to the organizer’s rules
• your receipt is generated
• the paid amount is visible in your registration or challenge details

Payment Directly To Organizer

Some organizers collect payment outside Xfitconnect.

In this case:

• the organizer shows payment instructions
• you pay using the organizer’s method
• you upload payment proof
• the organizer approves or rejects the proof

Xfitconnect does not collect the money for direct organizer payments.

Receipts

For online payments collected by Xfitconnect, your receipt shows:

• entry fee before discount
• discount, if applied
• taxes or fees, where applicable
• final amount paid
• payment reference

For direct organizer payments, receipt and refund handling are managed by the organizer.
